GovCon Accelerator provides professional services related to government contracting, including but not limited to:

• SAM.gov and DSBS profile optimization
• Capability statements and government marketing materials
• Subscription-based opportunity tracking and support
• Digital resources, webinars, and training
• Software tools or access portals (if applicable)

Services may be delivered via email, video conferencing, web-based platforms, or other digital means.

We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any service at any time.

2. Purchases and Payment Authorization

By making a purchase on our Website, you agree that:

• You are authorized to use the payment method provided.
• You authorize GovCon Accelerator to charge your selected payment method via Stripe for the total amount due.
• All payments are processed securely through Stripe and are subject to Stripe's terms and conditions.
• We do not store your full payment details on our servers.

3. One-Time Payments

For one-time purchases:

• Payment is due at the time of purchase.
• Services begin after payment is successfully processed.
• The scope of work is limited to what is outlined in your selected package, proposal, or agreement.
• Any additional work beyond the original scope may require additional fees.

4. Subscriptions & Recurring Billing

If you enroll in a subscription plan:

• You authorize recurring charges to your payment method on a monthly, quarterly, or annual basis (as selected).
• Your subscription will automatically renew unless canceled before the next billing cycle.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account, by email, or by contacting us directly.
• Cancellation will stop future charges but does not guarantee a refund for the current billing period.

5. Refund Policy (Case-by-Case Basis)

Refunds are not automatically guaranteed and are handled case by case based on:

• Whether services have already been delivered
• Whether work has already begun
• Whether digital access has been granted
• Whether you have actively used the service

6. Chargebacks & Disputes

If you file a chargeback with your bank or Stripe without first contacting us to resolve the issue:

• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to services.
• You may be banned from future purchases.
• You may still be liable for any outstanding balance.

We strongly encourage you to contact us first to resolve any concerns.

7. Delivery of Services

Services are delivered electronically unless otherwise stated. Typical delivery methods include:

• Video calls (Zoom/Google Meet)

We do not guarantee specific outcomes (e.g., winning contracts, securing awards, or guaranteeing government bids).

8. No Guarantee of Results

While we provide expert guidance and best practices, we do not guarantee that you will win government contracts, secure funding, or receive awards. Results depend on many factors outside of our control.

9. Use of Website & User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Misuse or attempt to hack our Website
• Share confidential login credentials
• Resell or redistribute our proprietary materials
• Engage in fraudulent activity
• Use our services for unlawful purposes

Violation of these terms may result in termination of access.

10. Intellectual Property

All content, templates, documents, materials, and proprietary methods provided by GovCon Accelerator remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.

You may use materials provided to you for your own business purposes, but you may not resell, redistribute, or repackage them without written permission.

11. Limitation of Liability

• Lost business opportunities
• Missed contract deadlines
• Bid rejections
• Technical failures
• Third-party platform issues (e.g., SAM.gov, DSBS, Stripe, or government systems)

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in question.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida.

13. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date.
